The Polar Bear Riders Snowmobile Club is located in the southwest corner of Outagamie County in Central Wisconsin. (Zone 5) Our club maintains 15.4 Miles of State Funded Trails and 8.6 Miles of Club Funded Trails. Totaling To 24 Miles of trails that cross over many privately owned property’s and also publicly owned land. Without the cooperation of local property owners and our snowmobile club, there would be no trails throughout Zone 5 of Outagamie County.
Our Monthly club Meetings are held on the Second Sunday of the month at the Hortonville Village Administration Office from October thru March at 7:00 p.m. (531 N. Nash St) We are always welcoming new members from all over to join our club and be a part of our activities.
