The Polar Bear Riders Snowmobile Club is located in the southwest corner of Outagamie County in Central Wisconsin. (Zone 5) Our club maintains 15.4 Miles of State Funded Trails and 8.6 Miles of Club Funded Trails. Totaling To 24 Miles of trails that cross over many privately owned property’s and also publicly owned land. Without the cooperation of local property owners and our snowmobile club, there would be no trails throughout Zone 5 of Outagamie County.
Our Monthly club Meetings are held on the Second Sunday of the month in the back of The Historic Hortonville Community Hall from October thru March at 7:00 p.m. (312 W. Main St.) We are always welcoming new members from all over to join our club and be a part of our activities.

New Laws: Effective July 1, 2015, snowmobile registration will cost $30/ 3 years from the current $30/ 2 years. All snowmobiles operating in WI will now be required to display a WI Trail Pass (purchased separately from snowmobile registration). The annual (yearly) WI Trail Pass will be available to members who belong to both a snowmobile club and the Association of WI Snowmobile Clubs (AWSC) for $10 through the AWSC office in DeForest, WI for each of your WI registered snowmobiles.
